Job summary

Kunvarji Group seeks dynamic Relationship Managers and Senior Relationship Managers with a strong background in Life and Health Insurance to drive business through the POSP channel. The role focuses on recruitment, training, engagement of POSP partners, and delivering superior service to internal and external stakeholders.

We are looking for professionals with proven experience in POSP/Agency management and a passion for building a scalable POSP network with adherence to IRDAI guidelines.

Qualifications

• Experience in Life and/or Health Insurance mandatory.
• POSP / Agency / Advisor management exposure preferred.
• Strong communication, relationship management, and training skills.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, onboard, and manage POSP partners.
• Train and engage POSPs to improve productivity and business outcomes.
• Drive business growth in Life and Health Insurance through POSP channel.
• Provide prompt service and support to POSPs, customers, and internal teams.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in Life and/or Health Insurance (mandatory).

Experience & Qualification

• RM: 2–4 years of relevant experience
• SRM: 4–7 years of relevant experience
• Graduation required (MBA/PGDM preferred)
