Job summary

InsuranceDekho is seeking a dynamic Relationship Manager to oversee Motor and Health Insurance agency channels. The role involves onboarding POSP agents, growing the network, and ensuring excellent service while maintaining strong business relationships across territories.

You will drive sales, meet monthly targets, coordinate with internal teams, and provide training and support to agents. Strong communication and willingness to travel are required to succeed in this target-driven position.

Qualifications

• Graduation in any stream is required.
• 13 years of experience in Insurance / Sales / Agency channel.
• Basic knowledge of Motor and General Insurance.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Meet and onboard potential POSP agents within assigned territories.
• Manage and service existing POS agents to drive sales growth.
• Handle customer queries and ensure quick and satisfactory resolution.
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution of sales processes.
• Conduct offline training and support for POSP agents.
• Maintain and expand local agent network.
• Achieve monthly sales targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners.
• Identify customer needs and provide suitable insurance solutions.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
