Job summary

Kunvarji Group in Baroda is seeking dynamic Relationship Managers and Senior Relationship Managers with a strong background in Life and Health Insurance to drive business through the POSP channel. You will recruit, train and engage POSP partners and ensure high-quality service to POSPs, customers and internal teams.

The role emphasizes onboarding POSP partners, achieving growth in Life and Health Insurance and maintaining compliance with IRDAI guidelines. MBA/PGDM preferred; graduation required.

Qualifications

• Experience in Life and/or Health Insurance (mandatory).
• Prior exposure to POSP / Agency / Advisor management.
• Strong communication, relationship management, and training skills.
