Job summary

Kunvarji in Surat invites dynamic Relationship Managers and Senior Relationship Managers with Life and Health Insurance experience to drive growth through the POSP channel. You will recruit, train, and engage POSP partners while delivering superior service to POSPs, customers, and internal teams.

You will coordinate policy issuance, renewals, and servicing, ensuring compliance with IRDAI guidelines and company processes. Strong communication and training skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

Experience & Qualification
