Job summary

InsuranceDekho is seeking a dynamic Relationship Manager to manage the Motor Insurance and Health Insurance agency channel. You will onboard POSP agents, drive sales, and ensure excellent customer service while maintaining strong business relationships.

The role requires 1–3 years of experience in insurance or sales, strong communication skills, and willingness to travel. Fluency in English and local language is preferred. Salary will depend on interview performance and candidate experience.

Qualifications

• Graduation in any stream.
• 1–3 years of experience in Insurance / Sales / Agency channel.
• Basic knowledge of Motor & General Insurance.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated and target-oriented.
• Willingness to travel frequently.
• Fluency in English and local language preferred.

Responsibilities

• Meet and onboard potential POSP agents within assigned territories.
• Manage and service existing POS agents to drive sales growth.
• Handle customer queries and ensure quick and satisfactory resolution.
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution of sales processes.
• Conduct offline training and support for POSP agents.
• Maintain and expand local agent network.
• Achieve monthly sales targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners.
• Identify customer needs and provide suitable insurance solutions.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Plan and execute marketing strategies to increase business.
