Job summary

Kotak Mahindra Bank is seeking a Relationship Officer in Lucknow/Kanpur. Freshers or experienced candidates who are smart, active, energetic and eager to build a career in sales are welcome.

You will manage customer relationships, cross-sell products like CASA and loans, lead a team of executives to hit targets, and ensure service quality and compliance across branches.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develop, deepen and enhance relationships with Kotak branches, DSA and builders.
• Cross-sell CASA and TPP products.
• Lead a team of executives to achieve targets (volume, cross-sell, insurance).
• Achieve sales targets and sales volume.
• Ensure productivity along with location productivity.
• Maintain customer satisfaction as measured by NPS metrics.
• Coordinate with Credit, Operations, Legal and Technical teams to drive business outcomes.
• Ensure compliance with all business practices.

• Manage, develop, and enhance deepening of the relationship with channels (Kotak Branches, DSA, Builder).
• Responsible for cross-selling CASA and TPP.
• Handle a team of executives to achieve business targets (Volume, Cross-sell, Insurance, etc.).
• Responsible for achieving sales targets and sales volume.
• Ensure productivity along with location productivity.
• Ensure customer satisfaction as measured through NPS metrics.
• Effectively manage working relationships (e.g., Credit, Operations, Legal, Technical, etc.) to drive business outcomes.
• Administer and ensure compliance with all business practices.
