This role requires active field presence to engage potential borrowers and promote loan options in local markets. You will build strong customer relationships, meet sales targets, onboard channel partners, and coordinate with the credit team to ensure smooth processing and timely disbursal of loans, while maintaining credit quality and expanding

Responsabilités

• Go on field visits to meet customers and explain loan products.
• Work to achieve sales targets and help grow the company’s business.
• Build good relationships with customers by meeting them regularly and following up for more business.
• Meet new customers and ask happy customers to refer others who may need a home loan.
• Coordinate with the credit team for smooth processing and disbursal of loans.
• Maintain credit quality.
• Onboard new channel partners.
• Find and add new housing projects (APFs) and agents to bring in more loan applications.
