Job summary

Kunvarji, a fast-growing real estate advisory firm, is seeking a motivated Relationship Manager in Pune to drive sales and build lasting client relationships. You will handle end-to-end sales from lead generation to site visits, coordinate with developers and channel partners, and strive to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.

Candidates with 1 year of client-facing sales experience in real estate, finance, insurance or EdTech are welcome; MBA preferred but not mandatory.

Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline (MBA/PGDM preferred but not mandatory).
• Minimum 1 year of client-facing sales experience in Real Estate, Finance, Insurance, or EdTech.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel locally for client meetings and site visits.
• High level of enthusiasm, self-motivation, and customer orientation.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
