Job summary

Kunvarji Group is seeking dynamic Relationship Managers to drive real estate sales and build lasting client relationships in Bengaluru and nearby markets. The ideal candidate will have a consultative sales approach and experience in real estate, finance, insurance, or EdTech.

You will build pipelines, conduct site visits, coordinate with developers and partners, and close deals while meeting monthly targets.

Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline; MBA/PGDM preferred but not mandatory.
• Minimum 1 year of client-facing sales experience in Real Estate, Finance, Insurance, or EdTech.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel locally for client meetings and site visits.
• High level of enthusiasm, self-motivation, and customer orientation.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Provide end-to-end support throughout the sales cycle from lead generation to site visits and closing the deal.

• Coordinate with internal teams, developers, and channel partners for smooth transaction execution.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
