Job summary

Muthoot Fincorp Ltd. in Hoshiarpur is seeking a Relationship Manager to grow micro markets, empanel referral partners and drive secured & unsecured loan business.

You will work under the Branch Business Manager to generate leads, perform cold calls, and manage the customer journey from first contact to loan completion. Expect field visits, doorstep service, and close collaboration with partners to expand the loan portfolio.

Responsibilities

• Find new micro markets and empanel high-quality referral partners to scale up Micro LAP and Gold-backed secured loans.
• Work in area assigned by the Branch Business Manager and generate leads.
• Perform cold calls to potential customers to generate business.
• Make daily sales calls as per plan submitted to BBM.
• Build and nurture strong relationships with referral partners/connectors.
• Manage the customer journey through sales/process/product championships and activate referral partners for new business.
• Provide doorstep service at customers’ residence or office.
• Learn organization policies and source files as per policy.
• Act as eyes and ears in the market, sharing opportunities with the Branch Business Manager.
• Support customers through end-to-end loan processing.
• Serve as the bridge between customers and the branch.
• Handle soft bucket collections, early mortality and 12 MOB fresh sourcing.
• Cross-sell insurance to loan customers to safeguard property, health & life.
• Be the face of SULB Muthoot Fincorp for the assigned area.

Key Job Responsibilities

• To find new micro markets and empanel good quality referral partners to scale up Micro LAP business & Gold backed secured business loan (Suvarna)


• Work in the Area assigned by the Branch Business Manager and generate leads


• Cold Calling to the potential customer base to generate business


• Daily Sales Calls as per the Plan submitted to BBM


• To find, nurture and develop excellent relationship with the Referral Partners / Connectors


• Managing the customer journey through sales championship, process championship and product championship To Activate Referral Partners for new business


• To give doorstep service to customers – at their residence or office.


• To learn the Organization’s policies, and source files as per the policy.


• To Act as the Eyes & Ears of the Organization while working in the Market for new opportunities, information and sharing them to Branch Business Manager


• To Support the Customers in terms of end -to- end loan processing.


• To act as the Bridge between Customers and the Branch


• To be responsible for the Soft Bucket collections, Early mortality and 12 MOB Fresh Sourcing.
