Job summary

AlienHouse Networks, on behalf of our partner company in the home loan and financial services sector, is seeking a Relationship Manager / Relationship Officer. Key duties include generating business through field sales, identifying customers, guiding the home loan process, and building long-term relationships.

Eligible candidates have 1+ year home loan field sales experience, a CIBIL score of 700+, and be under 35.

Qualifications

• 1+ year experience in home loan field sales.
• CIBIL score 700 or above.
• Age below 35 years.
• Not eligible if previously employed with DBA companies.

Responsibilities

• Generate business through field sales and customer acquisition for home loan products.
• Identify potential customers and develop new business opportunities.
• Conduct field visits and promote suitable loan products.
• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
• Guide customers through the home loan application and documentation process.
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth processing and disbursement.
• Achieve assigned sales targets.

Hiring: Relationship Manager (RM) / Relationship Officer (RO) – Home Loans

AlienHouse Networks is hiring on behalf of our partner company in the home loan and financial services sector.

ELIGIBILITY

• Minimum 1 year of experience in home loan field sales
• CIBIL score of 700 or above
• Age: below 35 years
• Candidates currently or previously employed with DBA companies will not be considered

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

• Annual CTC: ₹3.5 LPA to ₹4 LPA, or up to 30% hike on last drawn salary, subject to company norms
• Monthly in-hand: approx. ₹30,000 to ₹32,000

WORKING SCHEDULE

• 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM, 6 days a week
• Weekly off: 1st and 2nd Saturdays of the month

INTERVIEW PROCESS

• Round 1: Telephonic interview
• Round 2: Face-to-face interview
