Job summary

Hiring Wings Consultancy is seeking a Relationship Officer/Relationship Manager in Hyderabad. The role focuses on achieving sales targets through direct relationships and multi-channel outreach, reporting to Branch Sales Manager.

You will coordinate documentation, maintain KYC readiness, and drive lead generation in branch locations. The position requires 6 months of HL/LAP sales exposure, an undergraduate/graduate degree, and basic MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate or graduate degree from any stream.
• Minimum 6 months of experience in sales of HL/LAP.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office.
• Understanding of Home Loan market and regulatory aspects.
• Willingness to coordinate with branches and teams.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with the Branch Sales Manager (BSM) and sourcing team to ensure proper documentation and file preparation.
• Ensure 100% compliance with company policies, procedures, guidelines, applicable legislation, and local governance requirements.
• Maintain relationships with connectors, builders, and customers.
• Conduct marketing activities and promotional campaigns to generate leads.
• Conduct daily client meetings, update details in the app, and ensure lead conversion.

1. Position Details

• Designation: Relationship Officer / Relationship Manager (RO/RM)
• Min Experience- 6 months in HL/ LAP
• CTC- Upto 3.5 LPA
• Department: Sales
• Level: Executive / Senior Executive
• Location: Hyderabad/ Vijaywada/ Kurnool/ Hyderabad - Patancheruvu
• Reporting To: Branch Sales Manager
• Area of Operation: Branch Location

2. Purpose of the Role

Responsible for achieving sales targets through various channels of business, including direct relationships.

3. Key Responsibilities

Critical Activities

• Coordinate with the Branch Sales Manager (BSM) and sourcing team to ensure proper documentation and file preparation.
• Ensure 100% compliance with company policies, procedures, guidelines, applicable legislation, and local governance requirements.
• Maintain relationships with connectors, builders, and customers.
• Conduct marketing activities and promotional campaigns to generate leads.

Routine Activities

• Conduct daily client meetings, update details in the app, and ensure lead conversion.
• Collect KYC documents, NOI, and other required customer documents.
• Prepare customer files and ensure completion of all required formalities.
• Coordinate with the Credit, Legal, and technical teams to complete formalities.
• Prepare files for sanctions.

4. Educational Qualifications, Skills and Experience

• Educational Qualification: Undergraduate / Graduate
• Prior Experience: Minimum 6 months of experience in sales of HL/LAP.
• Domain Knowledge:
• Understanding the Home Loan market.
