Role Description

The Relationship Manager – Real Estate will manage and nurture chennal partner relationships, guiding for are project. This full-time, on-site role in Gurugram involves understanding project requirements, recommending suitable properties, coordinating with developers and internal teams, and ensuring a smooth end-to-end experience. Daily responsibilities include handling inquiries, maintaining regular communication with prospective and existing clients, preparing proposals, and updating client and property information in internal systems. The role also includes supporting sales targets, participating in property events or promotional activities, and providing market insights to help clients make informed decisions.

Qualifications

• Strong chennal partner relationship management, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
• Effective communication and negotiation abilities, with confidence in face-to-face and phone interactions.
• Basic knowledge of real estate markets, property types, and transaction processes (experience in Gurugram market is an advantage).
• Ability to manage multiple clients and tasks, with good organizational and time-management skills.
• Comfort with using CRM tools, spreadsheets, and other digital platforms to track leads and client interactions.
• Proactive, target-oriented mindset with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, Real Estate, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends or evenings, based on client and business needs.
