Job summary

Equitas Small Finance Bank in Tamil Nadu invites an External Title Relationship Manager - MLAP to drive micro LAP and micro housing loan generation, assess income through personal conversations, and manage end-to-end loan processes from sourcing to disbursement.

Based at Thiruvarur, you'll collaborate with Inclusive Banking - MF team in the South zone, handle repayments tracking, lead generation for existing members, and ensure timely service delivery and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience in micro LAP or micro housing finance.
• Ability to access income through personal discussion and field visits.
• Sourcing and completion of loan documents up to disbursement.

Responsibilities

• Processing & generating leads for Micro LAP & Micro Housing finance by accessing their income through personal discussion & field Visit.
• Track and Ensure Repayments of the Loan disbursed
• Lead generation & conversion for existing micro finance members who require MICRO LAP or MICRO Housing
• Ensure consistent delivery of Equitas products and services and prompt repayment in an efficient and cost effective manner
• Sourcing & Completion of Loan document application form filling and follow-up to be done till disbursement stage
