Job summary

Equitas Small Finance Bank in Tamil Nadu seeks a Relationship Manager - MLAP to source micro LAP and micro housing leads, assess income, and manage repayments. You will generate leads, convert members for micro finance products, and ensure timely repayment and efficient processing from application to disbursement.

The role targets building strong customer relationships, delivering products and services, and maintaining cost-effective operations within the MF division.

Responsibilities

• Processing & generating leads for Micro LAP & Micro Housing by assessing income through discussions & field visits.
• Track and ensure repayments of the loan disbursed.
• Lead generation & conversion for existing micro finance members for Micro LAP or Micro Housing.
• Ensure consistent delivery of Equitas products and services and prompt repayment cost effectively.
• Sourcing & completion of loan documents and follow-up till disbursement.
