• Credit & Risk Evaluation: conduct due diligence, property valuation, and risk checks to maintain portfolio health.
• Cross-Functional Coordination: work with credit, legal, and operations for timely disbursement.
• Portfolio & Compliance Management: monitor active loans, support recovery, ensure regulatory adherence.

• Client Acquisition & Sourcing: Identify new market opportunities, generate leads, and acquire new customers via cold calling, local canopy activities, leaflet distribution, and channel partner networks (real estate agents, developers).
• End-to-End Loan Processing: Manage the complete customer journey from login to disbursement, including documentation collection, eligibility checks, and customer counseling.
• Credit & Risk Evaluation: Conduct preliminary due diligence, property valuation, and risk assessments to check application viability and maintain portfolio health .
• Cross-Functional Coordination: Work closely with internal credit, legal, and operations departments to ensure smooth processing and timely loan disbursement.
• Portfolio & Compliance Management: Monitor active loan portfolios, assist in recovery efforts to prevent defaults, and ensure strict compliance with internal policies and banking regulations.
