Info Edge in Mumbai seeks an experienced inside sales professional to lead a team and drive revenue through cold calling, outbound sales, and upselling strategies, while maintaining high ethics and quality service.

You will build strong relationships with existing customers, identify new business opportunities through targeted campaigns and research, and analyze sales data to sharpen performance, forecast results, and fuel growth.

Qualifications

• 1-4 years of experience in B2C sales or telesales/telemarketing industry.
• Proven track record of achieving high levels of success in inside sales roles with a focus on cold calling, cross-selling/upselling, and customer acquisition.
• Strong understanding of the internet industry trends and technologies related to online advertising platforms (e.g., Google AdWords).
• Excellent communication skills with ability to build rapport with customers over phone calls.
