Job summary

Taiyo Hr Solutions in India seeks a relationship manager to acquire mortgage, LAP and home loan relationships, develop a builder network, and tie up with DSAs and CAs. You will manage existing relationships and ensure asset quality.

This role requires knowledge of bank products and market trends, credit and finance basics, and a proactive approach to cross-sell and issue resolution. A wide contact base is a plus; PF and incentives are offered.

Responsibilities

• Acquisitions of new Mortgage, LAP and home loan relationships.
• Development of a builder network.
• Tying up with a number of DSAs and CAs.
• Managing existing relationships profitably.
• Maintaining quality of existing assets.
• Earning fee based income through cross selling of various products of the bank.
• To ensure strict call discipline in respect of existing clients.
• To ensure quick resolution of customer issues.
• Credit & finance knowledge.
• Wide contact base.
• Knowledge of bank products and market trends.
