Job summary

Aditya Birla Capital (ABCL) in Hyderabad seeks a driven sales professional to drive SME Mortgage and LAP products, build DSA networks, and nurture channel partnerships to source quality business.

You will coordinate with Credit, Legal, Technical and Operations teams, monitor market trends, ensure portfolio quality and maintain strong customer relationships while meeting annual targets and delivering attractive incentives.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of Mortgage/LAP sales experience.
• Strong Prime LAP segment experience is mandatory.
• Ticket sizes ranging from 50 Lakh to 5 Crore.
• Minimum 1 year stability in current organization.
• Hands-on DSA acquisition, channel management and partner engagement.
• Good understanding of Hyderabad market with DSA network.
• Local Hyderabad candidates preferred.
• CIBIL score above 650.
• Proven track record of earning attractive incentives.
• Excellent relationship management, negotiation and acquisition skills.
