Poonawalla Fincorp Limited is seeking a dynamic sales professional to grow gold loan business in the Maharashtra region. The role requires identifying prospective customers, generating leads, and educating clients on products, interest rates, and KYC norms.

You will coordinate branch-level marketing and follow up on collections to maintain a healthy pipeline and growth. The ideal candidate has 3+ years of experience in gold loan or asset products and will drive cross-selling of third-party

• Identify potential customers requiring gold loan.
• Generate leads via cold calling, referrals, local market visits and conducting sales activities in societies, apartments, clubs, and other places of interest to improve branch visibility.
• Educate customers about gold loan, products, interest rates and benefits.
• Guide customers on submitting the required set of documents and KYC as per RBI norms.
• Plan, conduct & monitor the branch & field level marketing activities to ensure healthy pipeline of leads resulting in business conversion & branch growth.
• Responsible for keeping NPAs in control through strong follow ups from the customers for interest collections.
• Increase gold loan business plus various other third-party products.
