Job summary

Poonawalla Fincorp Limited is seeking a proactive sales professional to identify potential customers for gold loans, drive lead generation through cold calling, referrals, and local market visits, and enhance branch visibility. You will educate customers on products, rates, and required KYC documentation in line with RBI norms.

You will plan and monitor branch marketing to maintain a healthy lead pipeline and support growth.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Product / Sales experience in Gold loan or other Asset products.
