Bajaj Finance Limited seeks a Branch Manager to provide leadership and direction to a team, driving growth in consumer gold loan business and client base. The role emphasizes customer loyalty, strategic initiatives, and effective coordination with external partners.

The incumbent will oversee branch operations, lead field marketing activities, ensure compliance, and coach staff to deliver excellent service while expanding cross-sell opportunities such as NCDs and Gold Coins.

Formación

• 4-7 years of relevant experience required.
• Bachelor's Degree / Post-graduation Degree preferred.
• Previous experience in gold loan banking, gold loan products, management or client service preferred.
• Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee branch operations and profitability of the branch.
• Lead field-marketing activities to boost brand visibility of financial products.
• Plan and monitor branch marketing to generate a healthy pipeline of leads and business growth.
• Engage with customers for new acquisitions and retention of existing customers.
• Perform valuation of pledged gold ornaments with weight and purity as per policy and compliance.
• Serve as joint custodian of the vault and safeguard pledged securities.
• Control NPAs through diligent follow-ups for interest collections.
• Hire, coach, mentor, and train staff with timely feedback on performance.
• Maintain quality performance and prepare reports to drive branch growth.
• Increase gold loan business and cross-sell products like NCDs and Gold Coins.
• Ensure 100% process compliance in valuation at the branch.
• Maintain error-free valuation and compliance processes.

Job Summary

This position is open with Bajaj Finance Limited. The Branch Manager is a managerial responsibility for providing full leadership and direction to the team of employees in growing business and client base of consumer gold loan. The overall objective of this role is to build customer loyalty and recommend the development of business strategies or initiatives and may include the management of activities by external organizations, and the direct management of individuals.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for overall branch operations, performance profitability of the branch.
• Drive participation in field-marketing activities of various financial products along with the team to improve brand visibility.
• Plan, conduct, monitor the branch field level marketing activities to ensure healthy pipeline of leads resulting into business conversion branch growth.
• Focus on customer engagement for new customer acquisitions retainment of old customers.
• Conduct valuation appraisal of gold ornaments being pledged in branch with correct weight purity assessment as per company policy and auditory compliance.
• Joint custodian of the Vault with responsibility of safekeeping of pledged securities as per company policies.
• Responsible for keeping NPAs in control through strong follow-ups from the customers for interest collections.
• Hiring, coaching, mentoring and training employees and providing them with timely feedback on their performance.
• Maintaining quality performance of the business, preparing various reports of the same and taking necessary actions for growth of business in branch.
• Increase Gold Loan business, plus various other third-party products i.e., NCD's, Gold Coins sale etc.
• Responsible for correct valuation maintenance of 100% process compliance at branch.
• Manage error free valuation appraisal of gold ornaments being pledged in branch with correct weight purity assessment as per company policy and auditory compliance.
