You will drive field-marketing initiatives, manage valuation of pledged gold, and supervise staff, while maintaining compliance and reporting across the branch. Strong communication and client-service experience are essential for sustaining branch performance and customer engagement.

Qualifications

• 4-7 years of relevant experience required.
• Bachelor's Degree or higher preferred.
• Gold loan banking or client service experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee overall branch operations and profitability.
• Drive field-marketing activities to improve brand visibility.
• Plan and monitor branch field marketing to ensure a healthy pipeline and business conversion.
• Focus on customer engagement for new acquisitions and retention of existing customers.
• Valuate gold ornaments accurately and ensure policy compliance and audits.
• Joint custodian of the vault and safekeeping of pledged securities.
• Maintain NPAs in check through proactive follow-ups for interest collections.
• Lead hiring, coaching, mentoring and training with timely performance feedback.
• Prepare branch reports and take actions to grow business.
• Increase Gold Loan and other products like NCDs and Gold Coins.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for overall branch operations,performance profitability of the branch.
• Drive participate in field-marketing activities of various financial products along with the team to improve brand visibility.
• Plan,conduct monitor the branch field level marketing activities to ensure health pipeline of leads resulting into business conversion branch growth
• Focus on customer engagement for new customer acquisitions retainment of old customers
• Conducting error free valuation appraisal of gold ornaments being pledged in branch with correct weight purity assessment as per company policy and auditory compliance
• Joint custodian of the Vault with responsibility of safekeeping of pledged securities as per company policies
• Responsible for keeping NPAs in control through strong follow-ups from the customers for interest collections
• Good planning abilities are required for smooth functioning of the branch for developing cohesiveness within the company and co-workers.
• Hiring, coaching, mentoring and training employees and providing them with timely feedback on their performance
• Maintaining quality performance of the business, preparing various reports of the same and take necessary actions for growth of business in branch
• Increase Gold Loan business, plus various other third-party products i.e., NCD's, Gold Coins sale etc.
• Responsible for correct valuation maintenance of 100% process compliance at branch.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• 4-7 years of relevant experience required.
• Bachelor's Degree/Post-graduation Degree preferred.
• Previous experience in gold loan banking, gold loan products, management or client service preferred.
• Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills.
