Bajaj Finserv Limited is seeking a Branch Operations lead in India to manage overall branch performance and drive growth across gold loan products and third-party offerings.

Qualifications

• 4-7 years of relevant experience required.
• Bachelor's Degree or Post-graduation Degree preferred.
• Previous experience in gold loan banking, gold loan products, management or client service preferred.
• Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Oversee branch operations and profitability.
• Drive field-marketing activities to improve brand visibility.
• Plan and monitor branch field marketing for healthy lead pipeline and conversion.
• Engage with customers for new acquisitions and retention of existing customers.
• Conduct gold ornament valuation with correct weight and purity per policy and audits.
• Joint custodian of Vault for safekeeping of pledged securities.
• Maintain NPAs through active follow-ups for interest collections.
• Plan and maintain branch operations for cohesive functioning and growth.
• Hire, coach, mentor and train employees with timely feedback.
• Maintain quality performance and prepare reports for business growth.
• Increase Gold Loan business and other products like NCDs, Gold Coins.
• Ensure 100% process compliance in valuations at branch.

Job Summary

This position is open with Bajaj finance limited

Duties and Responsibilities

• Responsible for overall branch operations,performance profitability of the branch.


• Drive participate in field-marketing activities of various financial products along with the team to improve brand visibility


• Plan,conduct monitor the branch field level marketing activities to ensure health pipeline of leads resulting into business conversion branch growth


• Focus on customer engagement for new customer acquisitions retainment of old customers


• Conducting error free valuation appraisal of gold ornaments being pledged in branch with correct weight purity assessment as per company policy and auditory compliance


• Joint custodian of the Vault with responsibility of safekeeping of of pledged securities as per company policies


• Responsible for keeping NPAs in control through strong follow-ups from the customers for interest collections


• Good planning abilities are required for smooth functioning of the branch for developing cohesiveness within the company and co-workers.


• Hiring, coaching, mentoring and training employees and providing them with timely feedback on their performance


• Maintaining quality performance of the business, preparing various reports of the same and take necessary actions for growth of business in branch


• Increase Gold Loan business, plus various other third-party products i.e., NCD''s, Gold Coins sale etc.


• Responsible for correct valuation maintenance of 100% process compliance at branch.

Required Qualifications and Experience
