SkillLabs in India is seeking an experienced Sales Leader for the Insurance vertical to plan daily goals, hire and build a high-performing team, and scale revenue through direct and agency channels.

You will coach staff, coordinate with departments, and maintain MIS to track progress while staying informed about products to close deals and grow the business.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7-10 years of experience in Insurance sales and team handling.
• Experience in driving direct channel or agency channel teams.
