SkillLabs in India seeks an experienced Insurance Sales Leader to plan and drive daily team goals, hire and manage a high-performing sales team, and close strategic deals. You will identify new business opportunities, collaborate across departments, and maintain rigorous MIS to ensure targets are met.

The role requires 7–10 years in insurance sales with direct/agency channel experience, and a proven ability to coach teams toward superior results and growth.
