Job summary

The Corporate Institute in Mumbai is seeking an experienced RM/ARM Capital Markets to drive the sale of capital market products to exchange members and other clients. You will prepare CAMs for client limits, monitor exposures, and maintain strong relationships with various market participants.

You will collaborate with Credit/Risk teams and other stakeholders, engage with stock exchanges, and ensure adherence to RBI, SEBI and regulatory guidelines.

Qualifications

• Essential: 5 – 8 Years Minimum Experience including 2 years in specific field.
• Essential: Management Qualification/ Commerce/Professional Qualification in Finance/Banking

Responsibilities

• 1. Sell Capital Market Products to Capital Market Clients (Members of Exchanges and other entities)
• 2. Prepare CAM for Capital Market Clients Limits, Monitor Capital Market Client Limits
• 3. Have Relationship with different Capital Market Clients
• 4. Closely work with Credit/Risk and other Stake holders
• 5. Have Relationship with Stock Exchanges
• 6. Follow Guidelines of RBI, SEBI and other Regulators
• 7. Keep Hygiene for Proposals, Renewals etc.
