The candidate will work with banks and broking firms to structure and distribute financial instruments, primarily loans and securities, through syndication. Ideal candidates should have 5 to 10 years of experience in capital markets, focusing on syndication desks and client management. Reporting to the Vice President, the role is based in Mumbai with 1 opening and an age preference of 25–35

Qualifications

• Strong relationships with Debt Capital Market (DCM) desks of banks, private equity funds, and other NBFCs to facilitate deal flow and syndication opportunities.
• Proficient in evaluating loan proposals through detailed financial analysis and preparing presentations for internal review.
