The role focuses on sourcing, relationship management, and credit appraisal of customers in the affordable HL/LAP segment via DSA channels and open market sourcing. Located in Vapi with field sales exposure and target-driven incentives.

You will conduct income assessments, document verification, and financial analysis to ensure portfolio quality and adherence to credit policies, while coordinating with internal teams for approvals and disbursements.

Formación

• Minimum 1 year experience in Affordable HL or LAP segment.
• MBA or B.Tech qualification.
• Hands-on experience in DSA sourcing.
• Knowledge of credit underwriting and documentation.
• Ability to handle sales plus credit responsibilities.
• Good communication and analytical skills.
• Self-driven, field-oriented, and target-focused.

Responsabilidades

• Source business through DSA network and open market for Affordable HL & LAP.
• Conduct credit appraisal, including income assessment, document verification, and financial analysis.
• Maintain healthy portfolio quality through prudent underwriting and regular follow-ups.
• Build and manage strong relationships with DSAs, builders, and channel partners.
• Coordinate with internal teams for login, sanction, and disbursement processes.
• Achieve monthly disbursement and sourcing targets.
• Ensure compliance with credit policies and documentation standards.
