Job summary

BFSI connect in Raipur is hiring a field-based Credit Sourcing Specialist to drive Affordable HL/LAP business through DSA networks and open market channels.

You will conduct credit appraisal, income verification, document checks, and build relationships with DSAs, builders, and partners while ensuring compliance and targets.

Qualifications

• MBA or B.Tech degree required.
• 1 year+ experience in Affordable HL or LAP segment.
• Hands-on DSA sourcing and credit underwriting knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Source business via DSA network and open market for Affordable HL & LAP.
• Conduct credit appraisal including income verification and document checks.
• Maintain portfolio quality through prudent underwriting and follow-ups.
• Build and manage relationships with DSAs, builders, and channel partners.
• Coordinate login, sanction, and disbursement processes with internal teams.
• Achieve monthly disbursement and sourcing targets and ensure policy compliance.
