Job summary

You will build strong relationships with DSAs and channel partners, coordinate with internal teams, and strive to meet monthly disbursement and sourcing targets while upholding strict documentation standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience in Affordable HL or LAP segment.
• MBA or B.Tech.
• Hands-on experience in DSA sourcing.
• Knowledge of credit underwriting & documentation.
• Ability to handle sales + credit responsibilities.
• Good communication and analytical skills.
• Self-driven, field-oriented, and target-focused.

Responsibilities

• Source business through DSA network and open market for Affordable HL & LAP.
• Conduct credit appraisal, including income assessment, document verification, and financial analysis.
• Maintain healthy portfolio quality through prudent underwriting and regular follow-ups.
• Build and manage strong relationships with DSAs, builders, and channel partners.
• Coordinate with internal teams for login, sanction, and disbursement processes.
• Achieve monthly disbursement and sourcing targets.
• Ensure compliance with credit policies and documentation standards.
