Job summary

BFSI connect in Bilaspur is seeking a field-oriented professional to source business through DSA networks for Affordable HL & LAP and to manage credit appraisal.

You will coordinate with DSAs, perform income assessment, underwriting, documentation, and work toward monthly targets while ensuring policy compliance.

The role requires 1 year of experience in Affordable HL or LAP, MBA or B.Tech, and strong communication and financial analysis skills for open market sourcing.

Responsibilities

• Source business through DSA network and open market for Affordable HL & LAP.
• Conduct credit appraisal, including income assessment, document verification, and financial analysis.
• Maintain healthy portfolio quality through prudent underwriting and regular follow-ups.
• Build and manage strong relationships with DSAs, builders, and channel partners.
• Coordinate with internal teams for login, sanction, and disbursement processes.
• Achieve monthly disbursement and sourcing targets.
• Ensure compliance with credit policies and documentation standards.
