Job summary

IDFC FIRST Bank is seeking a Relationship Manager for the Affordable Mortgage Loans segment. The role focuses on delivering exceptional client service, driving product sales, and acquiring new clients to support business growth in the affordable housing loan space.

The role requires 5–10 years of experience, with a preference for those with APF onboarding/sourcing experience and familiarity with the Bhubaneshwar (BBSR) and Cuttack markets. Graduate qualification is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of relevant APF onboarding and sourcing experience.
• Experience in BBSR and Cuttack market preferable.

• Generate sales opportunities for both self and team members by proactively identifying and pursuing potential leads.
• Customer Acquisition: Focus on acquiring new clients, with a strong emphasis on building a high-yield home loan portfolio.
• Portfolio Quality: Ensure the overall health and quality of the loan book through diligent monitoring and risk management.
• Digital Adoption: Embrace and advocate the use of digital tools and platforms to drive efficiency and enhance customer engagement.
• Team Development: Lead by example—groom, mentor, and support team members to achieve their professional goals and business objectives.

Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in APF onboarding and sourcing though this channel is mandatory and experience candidate working in BBSR and Cuttack market is preferable)
