Job summary

Mittsure Technologies seeks a Relationship Manager to drive sales and build partnerships across India. You will represent the brand, engage schools, bookstores, and distributors, and promote Mittsure’s educational books, flashcards, charts, life skill boards, and project materials.

You will travel within the territory, hit targets, nurture client relationships, train customers, collect feedback, and report progress to the Sales Manager.

Qualifications

• Graduate in any stream.
• 2+ years of experience in sales, preferably in edtech (freshers can apply).
• Familiarity with local geography and schools in the assigned location; proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to travel extensively within the assigned territory.

Responsibilities

• Identify and approach potential customers such as schools, bookstores, and distributors in the assigned territory.
• Demonstrate and promote Mittsure products including educational books, flashcards, charts, life skill boards, and project materials.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with schools, institutions, and retailers; provide product information, training, and demonstrations.
• Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Identify new market opportunities and share insights with management for product improvement.
• Ensure Mittsure products are well-stocked and prominently displayed in outlets.
• Maintain accurate sales records and submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports to the Sales Manager.
• Participate in promotional events, exhibitions, and school fairs to showcase Mittsure products.

• Act as the face of Mittsure technologies, ensuring professionalism and a strong brand image.
• 1. Sales or lead Generation:
  • Identify and approach potential customers such as schools, bookstores, and distributors in assigned territory.

  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets set by the company.
• 2. Customer Relationship Management:

• 3. Market Expansion:
  • Identify new market opportunities and trends in the assigned area.

  • Ensure Mittsure products are well-stocked and prominently displayed in outlets.
• 4. Sales Reporting:
  • Maintain accurate records of sales, client interactions, and field activities.
