Job summary

UBI Services in Bengaluru is seeking a dynamic Home Loan Executive to drive growth in the local market. You will generate leads, meet clients, verify documents, and coordinate sanction and disbursement of housing loans.

You will monitor lead quality, build ties with DSAs, connectors and builders, and develop relationships for repeat business while staying updated on product features, rates, terms, and eligibility criteria.

• Should hold knowledge of Home Loan.
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
• Solid understanding of the potential of local market

Responsibilities

• Generate Home Loan leads from open market and through different channels like DSAs, Connectors, or Builders.
• Meeting clients, verifying documents, processing files, co-ordinate for sanction/disbursement of the loan
• Monitor the leads and check for quality of sourcing and ensure quick conversion of prospects as per targets
• Meeting builders/DSA's/Connectors associations for tie-ups/empanelment for housing loans
• Connect with our Loan processing centre to ensure the file disbursement
• Develop and maintain relationship with clients for repeat business and referral/s
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of the organization's home loan products, interest rates, terms, and eligibility criteria
