A financial services company in Raipur is seeking a candidate to execute client orders and promote trading activity. The ideal applicant should have a strong understanding of the capital market, good communication skills, and at least one year of experience in equity broking. Additionally, NISM 8 certification is mandatory. This role emphasizes driving business through wealth products while ensuring compliance with regulations.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year experience in Equity broking.
• Understanding of local market and captive client base.
• Holds latest NISM 8 certification.
• Strong product knowledge and understanding of capital markets.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
• Ability to speak local language and English.
• Basic computer skills (email, MS Office).

Responsibilities

• Execute orders on behalf of clients.
• Ensure higher trade volume and frequent client trading.
• Promote research calls to increase trade frequency.
• Punch orders for clients on NSE/ BSE terminals.
• Guide clients on investment strategies.
• Resolve client queries on markets and investments.
• Generate new business and client base.
• Ensure activities adhere to compliance requirements.

Role & responsibilities

• Execute the orders on behalf of clients.
• Ensure the volume of trade is higher & clients trade frequently.
• Promoting research calls to increase volume & frequency of trade.
• Maintaining high Activation Ratio and High no. of traded clients.
• Punch orders for clients on NSE/ BSE terminals.
• Recommending and guiding the clients on investment strategies.
• Driving distribution business through wealth products like MF, PMS, Insurance, Bonds, Corporate FDs, NCDs and etc.
• Monitor client exposure limits.
• Solving queries of the clients regards market and investment.
• Drive focus on generating new business/client base
• Responsible to ensure all activities are in adherence as per Compliance framework.

Preferred candidate profile

• Good communication (verbal and written) skills
• Ability to speak in local language and English
• Graduate from recognized university or college
• Strong product knowledge and understanding of capital market
• Ideally minimum of 1 year experience in Equity broking
• Holds latest certificate of NISM 8
• Understanding of local market and captive client base
• Should have basic computer knowledge of using email, Microsoft office and etc.
