Job summary

Religare Broking (RBL) is seeking a field-ready equity broking professional in Haryana to manage client orders and drive trading volume. The role involves executing trades, guiding investment strategies, and expanding the client base in a compliant framework.

Ideal candidates will have at least 1 year in equity broking, strong product knowledge of capital markets, and holding the NISM 8 certification; proficiency in local language and English is essential.

Qualifications

• Graduates from a recognized university or college with a strong capital market understanding.
• NISM 8 certification is mandatory.
• Minimum 1 year experience in equity broking.

Responsibilities

• Execute the orders on behalf of clients.
• Promote research calls to increase volume and frequency of trade; maintain activation ratio and number of traded clients.
• Punch orders for clients on NSE/BSE terminals.
• Recommend and guide clients on investment strategies; drive distribution through wealth products (MF, PMS, Insurance, Bonds, Corporate FDs, NCDs, etc.); monitor client exposure limits.
• Resolve client queries regarding market and investments.
• Drive focus on generating new business/client base.
• Ensure all activities adhere to Compliance framework.

Role & responsibilities

• Execute the orders on behalf of clients.


• Ensure the volume of trade is higher & clients trade frequently. Promoting research calls to increase volume & frequency of trade. Maintaining high Activation Ratio and High no. of traded clients.


• Punch orders for clients on NSE/ BSE terminals.


• Recommending and guiding the clients on investment strategies. Driving distribution business through wealth products like MF, PMS, Insurance, Bonds, Corporate FDs, NCDs and etc. o Monitor client exposure limits.


• Solving queries of the clients regards market and investment.


• Drive focus on generating new business/client base


• Responsible to ensure all activities are in adherence as per Compliance framework.

Preferred candidate profile

Good communication (verbal and written) skills

• Ability to speak in local language and English


• Graduate from recognized university or college


• Strong product knowledge and understanding of capital market


• Ideally minimum of 1 year experience in Equity broking


• Holds latest certificate of NISM 8


• Understanding of local market and captive client base


• Should have basic computer knowledge of using email, Microsoft office and etc
