Job summary

Skyline Dynamics seeks a seasoned insurance sales leader in India to recruit, coach, and manage a productive team of insurance advisors focused on Motor and General Insurance through the agency channel across Prayagraj and other cities.

You will drive productivity, hit monthly/quarterly targets, build relationships with agents and customers, identify new business opportunities, and expand the agency network while training advisors on products, processes, and policies.

Qualifications

• Motor Insurance experience preferred or General Insurance experience.
• Experience in recruiting and managing a team of financial advisors/agents.
• Strong ability to train and motivate advisors on products, processes, and policies.
