Qualifications

• Motor Insurance experience preferred or General Insurance experience.
• Recruiting and managing a team of financial advisors/agents.
• Generating business through Motor Insurance and General Insurance products.
• Training and motivating advisors on products, sales processes, and company policies.
• Driving advisor productivity and achieving monthly/quarterly sales targets.
• Building and maintaining relationships with agents, customers, and channel partners.
• Identifying new business opportunities and expanding the agency network.
• Monitoring sales performance and providing regular feedback to advisors.
