Job summary

Vashi Electricals in Delhi is seeking a Sales professional responsible for driving sales of wires, cables, solar, lighting, panels and meters, handling customer inquiries, and coordinating with business managers to map opportunities.

You will manage quotations, process orders, ensure timely collections, and work to expand VISL presence in new areas while maintaining high customer satisfaction. Strong communication and multitasking are essential in this role.

Qualifications

• BTech/BE in Electrical or Mechanical, BSc, Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical, 2-3 yrs work experience, relevant experience in sales of wires, cables, solar, lighting, panels, meters etc., good communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Accountable for maintaining and growing sales of the company products.
• Accountable to achieve assigned annual targets.
• Responsible to achieve monthly maximum incentives as per segment Sitara.
• Performance Monitoring Program of the Company.
• Responsible for increasing quotation conversation ratio.
• New customer adding.
• Responsible to increase customer count and achieve targets.
• Accountable for expansion of VISL presence (new areas / locations).
• Responsible for Product Basket Sales.
• Close coordination with Quotation, SO Processor and AMO team for timely response to the customers.
• Handle all customers enquires and complaints.
