Job summary

Vashi Electricals in Maharashtra invites an experienced Sales professional to drive revenue through new business development, customer engagement, and effective order processing. You will identify market opportunities, expand the customer base and work closely with Business Managers to meet targets.

You will be responsible for maintaining customer relationships, achieving monthly incentives on basket parameters, and ensuring timely collections within credit limits while enhancing brand presence

Qualifications

• Experience in sales of wires, cables, switchgears, and industrial products.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure to meet deadlines.
• Customer-facing experience and quota achievement.
• Experience in business development and customer acquisition.

Overview

Responsibilities & Duties:

• Accountable for maintaining and growing Sales of the company products.


• Accountable to successfully achieve assigned annual targets.


• Responsible to achieve monthly maximum incentives against basket parameter in Employee.


• Performance Monitoring Program of the Company.


• Responsible for increasing quotation conversation ratio.


• Closed and win quotation should be 40% (Considered Last 28 days Quotation).


• New Business Development.


• Responsible to increase customer database and achieve targets.


• Accountable for expansion of Vashi brand (new areas / locations).


• Responsible for timely collections of payments from customers as per the credit limits and credit, period assigned to them.

After Sales Service

• Responsible for resolving customer complaints and ensure customer delight.


• Take regular feedback from customers regarding products and services offered by VISL.

• Should be assertive and have an eye for detail.


• Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure by meeting deadlines.
