Job summary

Bwise Solutions in Karnataka is seeking a Life Insurance Advisor to recruit, onboard and develop agents in the assigned territory, and drive sales against monthly, quarterly and annual targets. The role requires building a productive agency force and activating new advisors to improve productivity.

You will conduct regular meetings, training and performance reviews, guide advisors in prospecting, lead generation and policy conversion, and develop advisor-specific business plans.

Qualifications

• 2 to 6 years of experience in life insurance, agency sales, BFSI, banking, or field sales.
• Experience in recruiting and managing insurance advisors/agents is highly preferred.
