Bwise Solutions in Tamil Nadu is seeking an experienced Life Insurance Agency Sales professional to lead recruitment and development of advisors in the Karur region. You will onboard new agents, build a productive agency force, and drive achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.

You will conduct regular meetings, trainings, and performance reviews, guiding advisors in prospecting, lead generation, and policy conversions while developing advisor-wise business plans and tracking

Qualificações

• 2 to 6 years of experience in life insurance, agency sales, BFSI, banking, or field sales.
• Experience in recruiting and managing insurance advisors/agents is highly preferred.
