Job summary

SULB Muthoot Fincorp seeks a Field Sales Executive to drive customer acquisition across assigned micro markets in Andhra Pradesh. You will empanel and nurture referral partners and actively scale the micro LAP and gold-backed secured loan portfolio, while ensuring doorstep service for customers.

You will cold call, generate leads, and manage the customer journey from inquiry to loan processing, acting as the bridge between customers and the branch.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Identify new micro markets and empanel referral partners to scale micro LAP and gold-backed loan products.
• Work in the area assigned by the Branch Business Manager to generate leads.
• Conduct cold calls to potential customers and conduct daily sales calls.
• Develop relationships with referral partners and connect them to growth opportunities.
• Manage customer journey through sales, process, and product initiatives; activate partners for new business.
• Provide doorstep service to customers and support end-to-end loan processing.

Deliver on Customer Acquisition through business development

• To find new micro markets and empanel good quality referral partners to scale up Micro LAP business & Gold backed secured business loan (Suvarna)
• Work in the Area assigned by the Branch Business Manager and generate leads
• Cold Calling to the potential customer base to generate business
• Daily Sales Calls as per the Plan submitted to BBM
• To find, nurture and develop excellent relationship with the Referral Partners / Connectors
• Managing the customer journey through sales championship, process championship and product championship To Activate Referral Partners for new business
• To give doorstep service to customers – at their residence or office.
• To learn the Organization’s policies, and source files as per the policy.
• To Act as the Eyes & Ears of the Organization while working in the Market for new opportunities, information and sharing them to Branch Business Manager
• To Support the Customers in terms of end -to- end loan processing.
• To act as the Bridge between Customers and the Branch
• To be responsible for the Soft Bucket collections, Early mortality and 12 MOB Fresh Sourcing.
• To Cross Sell Insurance effectively to the loan customers to safeguard their Property, Health & Life.
• To Be the Face of SULB Muthoot Fincorp for the Area Assigned for Working.
