Security Engineers Pvt. Ltd. (SEPLE) based in Kolkata seeks a Smart and Proactive Relationship Manager to build strong ties with Government and Private sector clients across West Bengal, traveling as needed.

The role focuses on client satisfaction, retention, and identifying new business opportunities. The ideal candidate will be a Graduate or Diploma holder with excellent communication, presentable demeanor, and strong problem-solving and negotiation skills, ready to travel for client visits.

Qualifications

• Graduate in any stream or Diploma/B.Tech (Electronics/Electrical preferred).
• Excellent communication skills (spoken and written).
• Smart, confident, and presentable personality.
• Strong customer-handling and problem-solving ability.
• Good interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Must be comfortable with travel for client visits.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Meet and build strong relationships with Government and Private sector clients.
• Share company brochures, product details, and service offerings during client visits.
• Follow up professionally to ensure timely recovery of dues/outstanding payments.
• Understand client queries and provide suitable support.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure fast resolution of client issues.
• Maintain proper reports of client visits, payment follow-ups, and service feedback.
• Work towards client satisfaction, retention, and new business opportunities through relationships building.
