• Ensure error-free documentation for opening and maintaining customer accounts.
• Prepare documentation for all account openings and customer instructions.

Role & responsibilities

• At least 3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably Managers specializing in Banking/Financial Services or equivalent
• Job role in Retail Banking / Branch Operation or equivalent
• Knowledge of the Banking Industry and Financial Markets
• Good Relationship Management & service focus Skills
• Good Communication & Presentation Skills

Interpersonal & Influential Skills.

• Should have a good knowledge of Liability and Third Party Products like Mutual Fund, Insurance
• Acquisition of new Preferred customers
• Enhancement & deepening of the existing relationship by cross-selling products and services as per the profile & need of the customer
• Retention of the customers by providing the best possible services and being the dedicated point of contact for these customers
• Utilizing the sales resources (BDR or Contractual Executives or Asset Coordinator) for optimal sales support
• Sales across all product segments Third Party Products, Assets, Cards etc.
• Ensure certification of documentation required for opening and maintaining customer accounts
• Error free documentation for all account opening and all customer instructions (Stop payments, FD Closure, etc
