Job summary

SEPLE is seeking a Smart and Proactive Relationship Manager based in Kolkata with travel across West Bengal to maintain strong relationships with Government and Private sector clients.

The role involves meeting clients, sharing brochures and service offerings, and ensuring timely payments while resolving issues and pursuing new business opportunities through relationship building.

Qualifications

• Graduate in Any Stream or Diploma/B.Tech (Electronics/Electrical Preferred)
• Smart, Confident, and Presentable Personality
• Quick thinker with strong customer-handling and problem-solving ability
• Good interpersonal and negotiation skills
• Must be comfortable with travel for client visits

Responsibilities

• Meet and build strong relationships with Government and Private sector clients.

• Follow up professionally to ensure timely recovery of dues/outstanding payments.
• Understand client queries and provide suitable support.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure fast resolution of client issues.

• Work towards client satisfaction, retention, and new business opportunities through relationships building.
