Job summary

SULB Muthoot Fincorp in India is seeking a field-based Sales professional to drive customer acquisition through micro markets, empaneled referral partners and end-to-end loan support. You will nurture partnerships, make cold calls, and deliver doorstep service to customers in the assigned area.

The role emphasizes relationship building, strong communication, and a proactive approach to cross-selling insurance with loan products in a local market, under the guidance of the Branch Business Manager.

Qualifications

• Experience in field sales and lead generation.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to operate in local language and English.

Responsibilities

• Identify new micro markets and empanel referral partners to scale Micro LAP and gold-backed secured loans.
• Work in the area assigned by the Branch Business Manager and generate leads.
• Cold calling to the potential customer base to generate business.
• Daily sales calls as per the plan submitted to BBM.
• Nurture and develop relationships with referral partners / connectors and activate for new business.
• Manage the customer journey through sales, process and product championships.
• Provide doorstep service to customers – at their residence or office.
• Act as the bridge between customers and the branch.
• Support customers end-to-end loan processing.
• Cross-sell insurance to loan customers to safeguard property, health & life.
• Be the face of SULB Muthoot Fincorp for the area assigned.

Deliver on Customer Acquisition through business development

• To find new micro markets and empanel good quality referral partners to scale up Micro LAP business & Gold backed secured business loan (Suvarna)
• Work in the Area assigned by the Branch Business Manager and generate leads
• Cold Calling to the potential customer base to generate business
• Daily Sales Calls as per the Plan submitted to BBM
• To find, nurture and develop excellent relationship with the Referral Partners / Connectors
• Managing the customer journey through sales championship, process championship and product championship To Activate Referral Partners for new business
• To give doorstep service to customers – at their residence or office.
• To learn the Organization’s policies, and source files as per the policy.
• To Act as the Eyes & Ears of the Organization while working in the Market for new opportunities, information and sharing them to Branch Business Manager
• To Support the Customers in terms of end -to- end loan processing.
• To act as the Bridge between Customers and the Branch
• To be responsible for the Soft Bucket collections, Early mortality and 12 MOB Fresh Sourcing.
• To Cross Sell Insurance effectively to the loan customers to safeguard their Property, Health & Life.
• To Be the Face of SULB Muthoot Fincorp for the Area Assigned for Working.
