Job summary

SULB Muthoot Fincorp is seeking a Field Sales Executive in West Bengal to drive customer acquisition and build a strong partner network. You will identify micro markets, empanel quality referral partners, and generate leads through cold calls and planned daily sales activities.

Responsibilities

• Deliver on customer acquisition through business development.
• Find new micro markets and empanel referral partners to scale micro LAP and gold-backed loans.
• Generate leads and conduct cold calls to build a potential customer base.
• Conduct daily sales calls as planned with the Branch Business Manager.
• Nurture relationships with referral partners and activate them for new business.
• Manage the customer journey through sales process and product knowledge; support end-to-end loan processing.
• Bridge between customers and the branch; provide doorstep service when needed.
• Support policy learning and file sourcing as per organizational policy.
• Be the face of the organization in the assigned area; identify opportunities and share insights with BBM.
• Assist in early mortality reductions and 12 MOB fresh sourcing; cross-sell insurance where appropriate.

Deliver on Customer Acquisition through business development

• To find new micro markets and empanel good quality referral partners to scale up Micro LAP business & Gold backed secured business loan (Suvarna)
• Work in the Area assigned by the Branch Business Manager and generate leads
• Cold Calling to the potential customer base to generate business
• Daily Sales Calls as per the Plan submitted to BBM
• To find, nurture and develop excellent relationship with the Referral Partners / Connectors
• Managing the customer journey through sales championship, process championship and product championship To Activate Referral Partners for new business
• To give doorstep service to customers - at their residence or office.
• To learn the Organization's policies, and source files as per the policy.
• To Act as the Eyes & Ears of the Organization while working in the Market for new opportunities, information and sharing them to Branch Business Manager
• To Support the Customers in terms of end -to- end loan processing.
• To act as the Bridge between Customers and the Branch
• To be responsible for the Soft Bucket collections, Early mortality and 12 MOB Fresh Sourcing.
• To Cross Sell Insurance effectively to the loan customers to safeguard their Property, Health & Life.
• To Be the Face of SULB Muthoot Fincorp for the Area Assigned for Working.
