Job summary

TestHiring in Gurgaon, India is hiring for a field sales role focused on mortgage products. You will generate leads, meet customers, and explain home loan options to help them find the best financing solutions.

You will coordinate with internal teams to process applications, collect documents, and follow leads through disbursement while building strong relationships with clients, builders, and partners. Desired MBA/PGDM is a plus.

Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline. MBA/PGDM in Marketing, Finance, or related specialization preferred.
• Experience in sales or mortgage/loan industry is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Generate leads through field visits, references, direct marketing, and other sources.
• Meet prospective customers and understand their financial and housing requirements.
• Explain home loan and related financial products to customers.
• Collect and verify required customer documents.
• Coordinate with credit, operations, and other internal teams for loan processing.
